Our Coffee has quite a story to it. 100% arabica grown in the peaceful mountainside overlooking Pha Deng Luang (Great Red Cliff) in the Chiang Rai area of Northern Thailand.
Local families own every tree which form a patchwork of fields in the Wawi subdistrict, the heartland of Thailand’s Coffee country. The beans are processed in mountain spring water, naturally sun-dried on bamboo racks before being careful roasted in micro batches.

Sea Trout, more commonly referred to as Salmon Trout in this part of the world is far superior in terms of succulence and flavour than that of it’s more common cousin. Our grilled steaks are served with sautéed seasonal vegetables, your choice of potato and a delicious dill and honey mustard cream sauce.
Angus beef is renowned not only for its flavour but also the unique marbling of intra muscular fat that keeps the beef tender and succulent right down to the last bite. This is our Canadian Angus Rib-Eye steak. 250g of absolute heaven! Of course, in our usual style it comes with sautéed seasonal veg, your choice of potato and sauce.
