A classic dish this one, the Chicken Kiev at Laong’s Bistro on Jomtien 2nd Road. Lovely tender chicken breast infused with garlic butter and coated in a light crumb. There’s some additional garlic butter on the side which is ideal for pouring over your mashed tatties should you feel that way inclined…. I always do!
