Here at Laong’s Bistro we make our own lamb samosa, by hand, from scratch. We take the best quality minced lamb meat and blend it with our very own recipe of herbs and spices. The we prepare and carefully fold and create the Maida shell and pack with our Lamb mixture. We like to serve them with our Thai Fusion spicy sauce for added kick. Try them, we think you’ll like them.
There is Jomtien, the home of our little bistro as viewed from a little further down the coast in Na Jomtien. A rapidly developing coastline of Condominiums contrast the largely yet to be disturbed peace and tranquility here that is but a stones throw from “civilisation”. We love our day off almost as much as we love welcoming you all to our humble bit of paradise we call Laong’s. Hope to see you tomorrow for more culinary delights.
A new addition to our range of Eggs Benedict dishes which we hope you will enjoy.
This really is on a different level! Imported US sea scallops (4) with such wonderful flavours compliment our proper English muffin, homemade hollandaise sauce, finished off with crisp asparagus and lightly sautéed cherry tomatoes.
