Sea Trout, more commonly referred to as Salmon Trout in this part of the world is far superior in terms of succulence and flavour than that of it’s more common cousin. A classic dish this one, the Chicken Kiev at Laong’s Bistro on Jomtien 2nd Road. Lovely tender chicken breast infused with garlic butter and coated in a light crumb. There’s some additional garlic butter on the side which is ideal for pouring over your mashed tatties should you feel that way inclined…. I always do!
Here’s a dish that is simply bursting with a range of flavours. When we are feeling posh we call this one “Meatballs fromage a la creme”.
