Seabass in Red Curry

I could eat this dish every day and never get fed up of it. Seabass, or “pla kappung” as the Thais call it must be one of, if not THE tastiest of fish available locally. We serve it a number of ways, this is Seabass in Red Curry Sauce (แกงเผ็ดปลากระพงทอดกรอบ) and it is absolute deliciousness on a plate.
